RESERVATIONS : A reservation request from an agency must be made in writing.
All reservations must be confirmed in writing more than 3 months before the arrival date of the clients.
In order to secure the reservation, we require a 50% deposit upon confirmation and the balance 2 months before arrival of the customers.

A minimum of 5 nights is required for any stay,all categories combined, covering the Peak Season.
Children’s rate in a separate room = 25 % reduction on adult rates. Excluding the Peak Season.
A Junior Suite can accommodate 1 – 2 people. A Senior Suite can accommodate 2 – 4 people.
HONEYMOON OFFER VALID ONLY ON HALF BOARD BOOKINGS :

Il est possible de réserver l’île pour des événements comme:
Fêtes privées – Nouvel An – Mariages – Incentives – Séminaires – Team Buildings…
Availability :
We accept reservations all year round except during our annual closure from January 15th to March 31st.
Reservation :
Bookings (and confirmations) shall be made via email. (sales@nosysaba.mg et contact@nosysaba.mg).
Nosy Saba will also make the availability response in writing.
All reservations must be confirmed in writing 45 days before the client’s expected arrival date.
Beyond this limit, we may dispose of the reservation and transfer it to another agency without any claim being made.
To secure the booking, the Resort requires 30% deposit upon confirmation, and the balance 30 days before the clients’ arrival.

Practical Flight Information
– ADDIS ABEBA/NOSY BE avec ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES : 4 vols par semaine tous les Mardis, Jeudis, Samedis, Dimanches.
– REUNION/NOSY BE avec AIR AUSTRAL : 4 vols par semaine tous les Lundis, Mardis, Jeudis, Vendredis.
– AIRLINK : 1 vol par semaine chaque Dimanche.
– TANA/NOSY BE avec MADAGASCAR AIRLINES : tous les jours de la semaine
1- Private plane transfers departures take place at Nosy Be.
2- Boat transfers departures take place at Ambatoloaka beach, Nosy Be Harbor (Hell Ville ) as well as from Ankify or Antsohihy harbor.
3- For better safety and comfort conditions the recommended hour for boat transfers departures is at 7 am.
4- Please kindly advise us about the clients’ flight schedules.
5- In case of unexpected last minute change (technical problems, bad weather …), Nosy Saba Private Island & Spa will determine the most suitable method of transfer so that customers can reach their destination safely and timely.
– Nosy Saba Private Island & Spa fait appel à des prestataires pour les transferts en avion et bateau et décline toute responsabilité en cas de retard, panne, incident ou accident.
6- Nosy Saba Private Island & Spa cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late arrival of an international or domestic flight that would cancel the booked transfers. Nosy Saba Private Island & Spa will do its best to make the transfer but not at the expense of passenger safety.
7- All reservations (departure/arrival) must be confirmed a month before date of arrival, except last minute reservation.
8- Please kindly contact us if you want to reach Nosy Saba from other destinations than the ones below.
